Enhancing Engagement in Medical Leadership project, jointly led by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AoMRC) and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. London, England
The Enhancing Engagement project team has worked with doctors at all levels to research and develop the Medical Leadership Competency Framework. The framework is developed so that it is relevant to all doctors and is now working toward its integration into their curricula. It is the first shared curriculum for all doctors in training regardless of their specialty.

Simulation and Technology-enhanced Learning Initiative (STeLI), London Deanery, England
STeLI is a flagship initiative of London Deanery and helps support NHS London’s ‘Excellence in Education’ strategy. Launched in 2008, STeLI has promoted the use of powerful educational technologies such as e-learning and simulation to reinvigorate the delivery of healthcare professional workforce training and to maintain high quality service delivery.
